We hope our furnishings bring your home joy but if you do change your mind and would like to return an item please reach out to us.

To be eligible for a refund please:

• Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@juniperolive.co.uk along with your order number and reason for return and we'll send on the returns address.

• Treat your unwanted goods with care and send back to us unused and in the original packaging, within 28 days of receiving your order and after we have accepted your return.  Any items used, in an unsaleable condition, or sent back after this time, won't be eligible for a refund.

The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.  We recommend using a tracked service and holding onto the proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs or any additional fees. 

We cannot accept returns for custom orders.
